Since the beginning of the war in Ukraine, most educational institutions have been working remotely. Both sides of the educational process found themselves in a difficult situation. These are both technical and psychological difficulties. The task of the teacher is to be able to organize the learning process and help the student from a psychological point of view. To help the student suppress the apathy that has appeared and increase the motivation to study, in our case, to learn a foreign language. Most students respond positively to a well-organized course taught by a passionate teacher who has a genuine interest in the students and what they are learning. Thus, the actions that the teacher takes to promote learning will also increase student motivation. Positive feedback should be used to support students' beliefs that they can do something well; provide opportunities for student success by giving assignments that are neither easy nor difficult; help students independently find meaning and understand the value of the material being studied; create an open and positive atmosphere of cooperation.
