Evaluation of various functional states is an important task for determining the body's resistance to adverse environmental factors and possible adaptation mechanisms. In this work, an analysis of the amplitudes of EEG rhythms before and after hypoxic-hypercapnic load was carried out. Delta and theta rhythms increased sharply in the frontal and left occipital zones. It has been suggested that short-term hypoxic hypercapnia causes the activation of somnogenic systems.
