Анотація

Sequencing is currently known as a method of analyzing the amino acid or nucleotide sequence of biopolymers or nucleic acids. This technology is most actively used to determine the nucleotide sequence in the DNA of living organisms. The main purpose of this technology is to determine the presence of genetic mutations in nucleic acid sequences. This technology is widely used in the medical field, which leads to the need for the development and search for the latest effective sequencing methods for the identification and possible correction of areas of certain genomic structures.
