Анотація
Формування основоположних принципів сучасної теорії людського капіталу відбувалося в період з кінця 50-х років ХХ століття передусім в роботах американських дослідників Т.Шульца і Г.Беккера, які по праву визнані класиками сучасної економіки праці.
