Анотація
Nowadays, the effect of using the possibilities of coordinated rehabilitation (COR) in the context of the return of the patient/client to their normal life, in the form of a long-term rehabilitation plan and follow-up of the patient after discharge from the hospital, is insufficiently researched and described.
