Анотація

У сфері розвитку кар’єри концепція самоефективності прийняття кар’єрних рішень (CDMSE) з’явилася як критичний фактор, що впливає на підхід людей до знаходженні шляху в їх кар’єрних траекторіях. Спираючись на теорію самоефективності А. Бандури [1], CDMSE концептуалізується як впевненість людини у своїй здатності успішно виконувати завдання, пов’язані з прийняттям кар’єрних рішень.
